While on the island of Sifnos a nice visit is to a beach community of Vathy
Not my favorite as it's a bit to new and lacks the native culture. It does have a lovely bay and sandy beaches. There is a resort in town. I personally liked the authentic fishing villages that have been transformed to accommodate the new industry of tourism.
