Adventureland IA, introduced a new sinning plan for 2025. Is it worth it? What has been our experience? I am sharing my experience.

For season pass holders, we get the chance to buy the dining pass. You can not get the dining pass without getting a season pass. For $119+tax, you can eat for free at Adventureland throughout the season! (wowie- can you say- SCORE!)

As a mom to 3 hungry teenagers, I am elated to have this opportunity to feed my growing kids this season! I foresee us utilizing this dining pass often during June and July.

Pros and Cons to the Dining Pass

The dining program would be for:

Hungry Teenagers
Locals
Visiting the park for more than 3 days in the season
For date nights at the park, if you go often on Friday nights for live music

Why you might not want the dining plan
Dietary restrictions- They have gluten-free mac and cheese.
Healthy food options are limited to salad and fruit.
You like to snack, and not eat a meal at the park


Pros and cons

Pros
Each meal is around $15.00- potential savings
Big portion sizes.
Locations throughout the park
Something for everyone.

Cons
Not all places accept the dining plan-
Only 1.5 places in Adventure Bay (Parrot Perch and Oasis.) When recording this- the Bay was not open for the season yet- maybe there will be more food options.
Not a lot of sweet snacks
Lines can and will be long, and no mobile ordering
Grub Hub and Coca-Cola Cafe are not part of the dining plan.
Not all dining plan locations are always open. So lines might be longer than usual.
