Join me for a peaceful walk around the Brent Valley Park and along the River Brent in West London, situated between Ealing, Hanwell, Greenford, Southall, and Dormers Wells.

Reclaimed land, meadows, forgotten green spots, relaxing parks, and interesting wildlife; London actually has it all, you just have to know where to look.

In future videos I will talk a lot less or not at all, but as this was my first video in a long time I had a bit to chat about, sorry.
