The OASIS in the desert! (Exploring Al Ain, the greenest city in the United Arab Emirates) 🇦🇪

Al Ain is the GREENEST city in the United Arab Emirates. There is no city better suited as a respite from the sweltering heat of this Middle Eastern nation than escaping to this oasis of lush green palms, located an hour's drive from Abu Dhabi and Dubai (just be sure to stay in the shade!).

Though most tourists limit themselves to the coastal cities, there is a rich reward that comes to heading off the beaten track to explore another side of the United Arab Emirates. Our stay was far too short!
