►Ingredients for the Salt & Pepper Chicken

►Chicken Prep

2 large chicken breasts
1/2 cup potato starch (could use corn starch)
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp msg
1/2 tsp black pepper

Add 1/4 cup flour on the chicken
1 large or 2 medium eggs
1 litre sunflower oil for frying

►Other Ingredients and Spices

3 - 4 tbsp oil
1 large green pepper
1 large brown onion
4 - 5 garlic cloves
2 red chilies
2 spring onions

1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp msg

After adding chicken
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of sugar
1/2 tsp msg
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp five spice
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp red chili flakes

►Noodles

300g boiled noodles
2 spring onion greens
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Sesame oil as required
