Taking damage is unavoidable, and even on Rookie difficulty this can be somewhat challenging without the right Augmentations. The first level it is possible to unlock this trophy is Level 1-3: FortCorp Headquarters, as you must fire weapons in the levels prior to this. Before you start the level, adjust your Augmentations from from the title menu. The recommended Augmentations you should use are:


Health: Even on Rookie difficulty more health is welcome.


Strike Damage: Allows you to kill enemies with Strike which does not void the trophy. Killing enemies allows you to pick up health and fill your Overcharge Gauge. Overcharge is safe to use for its invulnerability so long as you don't fire any weapons.


Shockwave Radius: The extra projectile clearing distance will help you avoid taking damage.


These Augmentations are earned by rescuing Civilians throughout the game.
