Broken Promises to God

We can sometimes be guilty of making promises to God and not keeping them. The New Covenant is God making promises to us and He fulfils them. The Old Covenant is us making promises to God of obedience and breaking them. The rainbow in the sky is a reminder of all God's promises, and the Bible has hundreds of them. It is up to us to find them by prayer and searching and claim them by prayer and faith. Christs mission on earth was to do for others what they could not do for themselves. We must plead to the Lord for His Righteous obedience to be in us through the power of His Holy Spirit.
