Ingredients
2 oz Irish whiskey
2 oz peach vodka
2 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz lime juice (fresh)
Club soda ( to top)
2 maraschino cherries
2 chunks pineapple
1-2 drops Green food coloring ( optional )

Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Irish whiskey, peach vodka, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Shake well for about 15 seconds to mix and chill.
Add Green Tint: If desired, add a drop or two of green food coloring into the shaker. Shake again to distribute the color evenly.
Prepare Glass: Fill a highball glass or rocks glass with fresh ice.
Pour and Top: Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir to combine.
Garnish: Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint for a fresh touch.
