The 2nd ace (28:09) is very hard to get the way I did unless you over-prepare your scouts. You may manage at LV 12 but it would typically take many retries as you have 3 requirements: 1) Ace Sytreet the Lynx NOT ducking, 2) managing to finish the job in a single turn (as it's easy to miss) and 3) surviving the run past the shock trooper in the same turn without healing - though depending on how many turns you're prepared to take, you could simply take the extra turn.
