Mr. Robot is a symptom of today's social climate, or better yet, lack thereof. While strongly reminiscent of the Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma, it actually pays homage to its same-titled USA television series counterpart by addressing real world problems with addiction, manipulation, depression, and the degradation of the human experience.
