⁴ᴷ Southeastern Highspeed | Class 395 - London St Pancras to Margate

A sunrise trip onboard one of Southeastern's Class 395 Javelins! Reaching speeds of 140mph, this is the fastest a train can travel in the country, running alongside the Eurostar and using TVM signalling between St Pancras and Ashford International, then on the standard signalling (and slower) 750V third-rail for the remainder of its journey into Kent. Unlike the later services during the day, this rush-hour trip calls at 4 more stops in Kent - the majority of which only having the platform length to service a 6-car unit like this one.
