Federally approved marijuana roadside test isn't perfect

The federally approved marijuana roadside testing device isn't perfect… far from it in fact. The Drager 5000 tests saliva for the presence of THC, but a study found it produces false positives 15 per cent of the time and it doesn't work that well in the cold. Perhaps more concerning is that the society that recommended the device won't explain why they chose it.
