Sterling JP150 John Petrucci - An Honest Review - [Buy this instead of an RG....]

For my Presets visit: https://johnnathancordy.gumroad.com/ I was a big fan of Petrucci in my teens, but the Ernie Ball Musicman JP models were out of reach financially. The more affordable "Sterling" brand would probably still be out of reach at the kind of prices they are today, but I wanted to check out this Sterling JP150 that I found used locally. Actually, I think I'd recommend this over an Ibanez RG of a similar price - it's a similar neck feel, but without the Floyd Rose, and I think has more understated looks that could mean you get less funny looks?

Has anyone tried a Sterling - please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences whether bad or good in the comments!
