Goan Carrot pickle recipe.

Quantity of ingredients required:

2 carrorts
8 - 10 cloves of garlic
2 small pieces of ginger
8 - 10 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
4 - 5 cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of mustard seeds
3- 4 small pieces of jaggery
Salt as per taste
