The investigation, involving the Uttar Pradesh ATS and the Enforcement Directorate (ED), has uncovered a significant financial network. The ED has filed a case under foreign funding and money laundering acts. Investigations have revealed five of Changur Baba's bank accounts in the UAE, Sharjah, and Dubai, and a relative, Naveen, was found with 50 crore rupees in an account.
