We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the piling works, a significant milestone in the Enabling Works phase of the ICONIC RESIDENCES Project, achieved in early October. A total of 170 piles have been installed, establishing a robust foundation that will support our future advancements.

In tandem with the piling completion, we have efficiently implemented the dewatering system and finalized the installation of shoring struts. Excavation works have commenced, propelling us closer to the subsequent phases of construction.

We anticipate that the majority of the Enabling Works will be completed by the end of October, allowing for the seamless handover of the site from the Enabling Works Contractor to the Main Works Contractor. We are proud to report that our progress remains ahead of schedule.
