This was my very first hike in Prescott, Arizona, and a great introduction to what the trails here are like. The Willow Lake Loop Trail is a 5.7-mile round trip hike with 354 ft of elevation gain. Even though the elevation gain is low, I label this trail as moderate because of the slight scrambling and constant hiking on giant boulders, which gives you a good workout. The hike is amazing for bird watching and taking in incredible views throughout the loop. This hike is a must-do if you live or are visiting the Prescott Arizona area.
