Milk Toffee


Ingredients:

1 tin condensed milk (390 grams )
250 grams sugar
1/2 cup sliced cashew nuts
50 grams butter
1 tablespoons powdered Cardamon
1/2 cup water

Method:
In a large nonstick pan combine milkmaid,sugar and water and bring it to boil in medium heat.keep stirring constantly for like 20 minutes. Don't move away. ( when starts boiling the mixture will rise and overflow so watch the heat carefully)Now keep stirring and the mixture start to get thick and change the color into light brown.add cardamons powder and keep stirring now add butter and cashew nuts gradually.make sure the mixture is not sticking the pan or get clumpy make sure to stir regularly. ( this is the crucial part)
When mixture start to bubble and becomes thick and not sticking the pan now it's time to transfer to a buttered tray quickly and spread it evenly and cut into shapes as soon as you finish spreading. Cut into shapes immediately while it is hot.

Please note this is my own recipe I've been doing for many years and you can't go wrong if you follow the instructions carefully.😃
