Hey guys my name is Scoby and in today's video, I am going to be showing you how to remove vocals from a song in Audacity!

This is going to be a nice quick and easy tutorial where I will show you all the steps needed to remove vocals from a track using just Audacity! Every step we need to do in this method only requires audacity.

Step by Step Method:

Step 1: Import the track you wish to remove vocals from into Audacity!

Step 2: Split the Track into 2 mono tracks, Click the drop down arrow and select 'Split Stero to Mon'

Step 3: Select and highlight one of the mono tracks, then go to Effect-Invert

Step 4: Select the inverted track once again and add a bass and tremble by going to Effect-Bass and Tremble

Step 5: Increase the bass and tremble by an appropriate amount(this will require some testing)

Step 6: Enjoy!
