If you can create and document the staff growth journey, it will be easier for them to know what the first 2 weeks of their job will look like.

Do you have timelines for each section of the growth journey? How much time are you allocating for each growth point? Timelines are a great way of tracking the tasks you allocate to new team members. This also sets their expectations on how fast the healthcare staff training process should be, and how fast they should learn to keep up.
