Final Fantasy 10 Epic Orchestral Medley

Here is my most recent FF medley to date: Final Fantasy 10! As always, this was a pleasure to construct. In general, this one was somewhat more challenging than the others, as the original soundtrack of FFX was composed by 3 different people, and I found myself striving to switch as seamlessly as I could between their styles, while maintaining something of my own. The composers of FF10 were Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu and Junya Nakano. I would say that my personal favourite movements in this medley are Luca, Place of Trials, Lighting Fields and Song of Prayer. I used every orchestral instrument in my arsenal for this one, as well as several jazz and a couple of worlds instruments. Where with the other medleys, I found it somewhat appealing to strictly use traditional Western orchestral sections, for this lineup, I also used a Chinese gong, acoustic guitar and jazzy bass guitar. In addition, I cracked open my Chinese temple bells for Lulu's Theme and Wandering Flame.
