Boscastle Village, North Cornwall DJI drone footage

Boscastle village filmed January 2024, a bitterly cold day and it had snowed a few hours before.

North Cornwall has some of the best coastline there is to see and the south west coastal path runs through here. Boscastle made national news in 2004 when an estimated 2 billion litres of water rushed through the village as the river Valency burst it's banks, cars where dragged from the top car park to the sea, a huge rescue operation was carried out ( the biggest the UK has ever seen in peacetime ) and 91 people were plucked from rooftops and the riverside.

This place was so quiet when we were there and is one of the best places we have ever filmed with the drone. definitely worth a visit.
