Hey everyone, welcome back to another tutorial video! In today’s video, I’ll show you how you can change the PIN of your American Express (Amex) card. If you want to update your card's PIN for security reasons, follow the simple steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the American Express App:

First, open the American Express (Amex) app on your mobile device.
Log into your account using your User ID and Password.
Go to the Account Tab:

Once you’re logged in, your homepage will appear.
Tap on the Account tab located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Select Manage Card PIN:

In the Account section, tap on the fourth option labeled Manage Card PIN.
You’ll be presented with two options:
View PIN
Change PIN
Since we’re here to change the PIN, tap on Change PIN.
Enter the Card Identification Number:

Next, you will need to enter your 4-digit Card Identification Number (CID), which can be found on the front of your American Express card.
After entering the CID, tap Continue.
Enter the Card Security Code (CSC):

After that, enter the 3-digit CSC located on the back of your card.
Tap Continue to proceed.
Complete Security Verification:

For security purposes, choose whether you'd like to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email or phone.
Once you receive the OTP, enter it into the app and tap Continue.
Change Your PIN:

Now, you’ll be able to set a new 4-digit PIN for your American Express card.
Enter your new PIN and confirm it by typing it again.
Save the Changes:

After confirming the new PIN, tap on Continue.
Your PIN has now been successfully changed.
