Leaders Building Leaders Conference at Union College, April 5, 2024

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you wanted more from your leader
and couldn’t put your finger on what was missing? Conversely, have you been in environments where
you and the team are thriving under the leadership of someone? What is it that sets apart a good
leader from one that is less effective? During this session we will explore answers to these questions
and leave you with some ideas for how to become a great leader . . . should you choose that path.
