Hey guy welcome to my channel. In today's video, I'm reviewing the new cleansing balm by elf cosmetics called Holy Hydration Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm. I'm sharing with you all my thoughts and also included a demo of me removing my makeup while using it so you can see how it performs in action.
In summary, this cleansing balm definitely delivers and removes all traces of makeup including waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and spreads well, melts away makeup and once in touch with water, it emulsifies into a luxurious liquid and rinses off clean.It left my skin feeling very soft and not dry at all. I really enjoyed using it. The only downside was that the amount of product you get in it is half the typical amount you would get from other similar products.
