Eric Fier, CEO of SilverCrest Metals, has a renewed sense of optimism on the precious metals, particularly silver, after he predicted "more pain" would be ahead, last year.

"A year ago, I said that there would be a lot more pain to come, and there was, but now I'm conservatively bullish," Fier told Kitco News on the sidelines of the Denver Gold Forum.
