1/2c melted butter
1TS vanilla
3 eggs

Blackberry topping:
1 stick butter melted
2cups berries
1 cup brown sugar

Tennessee onions:
2 large onions
1TBS OF….
parsley
Garlic powder
Paprika
Thyme
1ts oregano
Salt n pepper to taste
2 cups cheeseof your choice
2/3 stick butter

Jackaroo hamburger steaks:
2lbs hamburger meat
1/2 c plain bread crumbs
1 egg
1 dollop minced garlic
1 TBS minced pickled onions
Salt n pepper to taste
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Cheese for topping
