Hello and Welcome to Endeavor – a monthly video update from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover abundant opportunities to live with purpose in community.

Garden Spot Village is committed to purposeful partnerships with like-minded nonprofits in our community. In August, we celebrate two of those partnerships.

First, we are honored to sponsor Dementia Friendly Lancaster’s Teepa Snow Seminar on Wednesday, August 21. The following day, Thursday, August 22, Dementia Friendly Lancaster will host a day-long Workshop. Both days will be hosted at Lancaster Alliance Church on Pitney Road. This partnership aligns with our commitment to social responsibility and providing opportunities for impactful, authentic relationships that enhance life regardless of age. Second, we are honored to sponsor and host CrossNet Ministries’ Summer Nights Dinner and Auction on Saturday, August 24. Held at Garden Spot Village, this outdoor event features unlimited food stations, live music, door prizes and an interactive live auction. This end-of-summer celebration provides an opportunity to support CrossNet Ministries and learn more about the impact the organization makes in our community.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 28, when the Garden Spot Village Quilters will host a Quilt Fest from 9am to 3pm. Local Art historian Gloria Mast will provide a presentation on The Esprit Quilt Collection at 10am and The Quilts of Susie Riehl at 1pm. View quilts with their stories, watch quilting demonstrations, learn and shop at Garden Spot Village this day.
