"In this episode of Ralph's Universe: The Reboot, the big subject is Gavin DeGraw...Who is he?...Who is this guy?...Well, I've done the research so I can tell you who he is...Gavin DeGraw is an American musician and singer-song writer. He is mostly of Russian and Irish ancestry. He's whole name is Gavin Shane DeGraw. He grew up in the Catskills in South Fallsburg, New York. His mom was a detox specialist and his dad was a prison guard. Gavin has two older brother: NEEKA and JOEY. It was Joey who convinced Gavin to start writing his own songs and it's a good thing he did. Because now Gavin DeGraw is legendary and doing it all. He is known for his hit songs: "Chariot," Follow Through, and ofcourse the theme song for the television drama series that I never watch, One Tree Hill...Well, speaking of TV, Gavin DeGraw himself has been on Television: such shows as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show With David Letterman, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Live With Regis and Kelly. He's also done Cameos on Dead Like Me, What I Like About You, and American Dreams...Trust me on this, people...Gavin DeGraw is...SO MOTHER F-ING EPIC!
"On August 8, 2011; DeGraw was hospitalized aftrer being beat down by several people in New York City and minutes after the beating, DeGraw was hit by a speeding taxi.
