Ibn Arabi - The Face of God

Описание к видео Ibn Arabi - The Face of God

Ibn Arabi straightforwardly emphasises that the face of God is manifest everywhere and is present in everything. The face of God, as revealed by the Quran, “Wheresoever you turn, there is the face of God,” indicates God’s omnipresence. Prophet’s saying, “Worship God as if you see Him,” to Ibn Arabi, is the proof of the tanzih aspect and declaring likeness or similarity. Tanzih is not complete, in particular when one’s worshipping God, so it does need tashbih.
