STEPS:

1. If you haven’t already, put a bed down and invite the villager to your village.

2. Once the villager has joined your village, talk to your villager then go to “Let’s Talk Jobs” and select “Let’s Explore”

3. Then, destroy the villagers bed, and remove the village! (DO NOT DESTROY IT OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK)

4. Now that the villager is following you, head to another village and talk to him again and select “Join my village!”

5. The villager should have now joined your other village!

This is the only way to do this currently but if there are other ways let me know!
