Cytokinetics is a company with a history dating back to 1998 and receiving their very FIRST FDA approval of MyQorzo which is a Cardiac Myosin Inhibitor to directly target underlying Hypercontractility associated with Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. The FDA approval was based on the results of their recent SEQUOIA-HCM trial.
