,Welcome to Episode 19 of my UK mountain biking vlog series. In this episode I headed back to The Forest of Dean MTB trail centre with my cousin Cliff to check out the newly opened FOD Skills area. In my previous FOD video I only did one lap of the jump section, so I really wanted to go back and shoot a more in-depth look at the jump and drop skills line in the FOD MTB Skills Area.
