This is build for The Elder Scrolls Online, for the Dragon Knight (DK) class and it utilizes stamina. This is for PvP, and is good for both dueling and 1vX fights as it has good sustain and damage output. This build works really well in Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds alike, and makes use of a lot of the Dragon Knights skill kit.
The potions in the video are just standard stamina potions, but for the best benefit use Weapon Power Potions, or Tri-Pots.
