Semi-automatic assembly of closed-loop stepper motors, including PCB board and encoder gluing, rear cover and side cover screw locking, and artificial abnormal sound detection. Servo motors are used in conjunction with precision screw module mechanisms for gluing, and the amount of glue applied is adjustable. The screw-driving station has torque and angle monitoring, and slippage and floating lock detection alarms. Compatible with a variety of closed-loop stepper motor encoder assembly, testing, and packaging.

4. Apply screw glue
5. Code disc screw locking
6. Manual assembly of encoder cover
7. Encoder cover screw locking
8. Encoder cover labeling
9. Manual assembly of wire crimping seat
10. Wire crimping seat screw locking
11. Labeling
12. Performance test
13. Listen for abnormal sound
14. Unloading
