Call of Duty: Black Ops II 'High Maintenance' Achievement/Trophy Video Guide
High Maintenance (75G) - Be the architect of their instruction.

Mah-jong Tile Instructions: You will find 4 tiles with Chinese characters, and 4 with dots / circles representing numbers 1-4.
You must match the colours of the Chinese character tiles and the dot / circle tiles.
For example: If the "South" tile is red, and the red circle / dot tile has 2 dots on it, then you must activate the southcorner of the spire 2nd.
