Galusha Farms Bale Band-it Hay Harvest on May 30 and June 3, 2014

We catch up with the Galusha Farms operation as they wind-row and bale newly cut hay. A Ford 6610 Tractor and a Kuhn GA 7302 DL Rotary Rake handle the wind-rowing chores. Then we switch locations to watch a New Holland 8670 Tractor towing a New Holland BC5070 Hayliner Square Baler followed by the interesting Model 100 Bale Band-it.

The Bale Band-it takes small bales directly from the New Holland baler and combines them into a larger 21 bale bundle. The unit can unload on the go; ready to be stacked and hauled away.
