My wife's only request for our 17 year anniversary was that she wanted get away for the day somewhere on the beach. So I booked us an Oceanview room at the Daytona Beach, Hard Rock Hotel. They were all out of Ocean View King rooms so we opted for a Double Queen room since it was the only thing they had facing the ocean. We actually end up with room 416. We really like it because of it's size and proximity to the stage were live bands perform almost nightly.

The hotel has free self parking or $10/day valet.

There is a restaurant in the hotel which we visited. Food was great. Check our instagram for the food review. There was also a cafe and the Rock shop for souvenirs. I also really liked all the memorabilia around the hotel. And the fact that you could request instruments to be brought to your room so you could practice. The proximity to the beach was also awesome. There was also 24 hour room service.

There was an very large pool, fitness center and a spa at the hotel. We didn't get any treatments on this trip.

The hotel offered luggage service in the event you got to the hotel early and your room wasn't ready they'd hold your luggage while you enjoyed the amenities. They had dry cleaning on site, front desk was open 24 hours. They had a concierge and a multi lingual staff.

There was also conference spaces and meeting rooms available if you were on a business trip.

Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely be back. I think my oldest would get a kick out of all the rock memorabilia around the hotel and the ability to have a guitar and amp brought to his room so he could rock out.
