Sharing my personal experience to reduce the Hair fall Home remedy that works 100% effectively.

1. Magical Hair oil :- Onion hair oil
how to use: Use at least 1-2 times in a week to get to maximum benefits out of it & leave it on hair for at least 2-3 hours or overnight and then wash it off with sulphate free shampoo.

Recipe:-
250 grams mustard oil
( boil the ingredients in oil for 5 min on medium flame and then let it soak in the ingredients overnight.
1 tbsp rosemary leaves ( fresh or dry)
1 tbsp sesame seeds oil
few curry leaves ( dry or fresh )
1 tbsp kalonji seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds ( optional )
1/2 tsp Amla powder
1 tbsp hibiscus powder
few onion peels
some onion cubes
fresh rose or dry rose petals for great fragrance

2. check the hair porosity - low / medium/ high - use your shampoo, conditioner, hair oils, according to your hair porosity and use the right sulphate free shampoo for your hair.

3. Hair supplements- Like biotin, vitamin D , after consulting with doctor, helps to promotes hair growth, reduce Hairfall

4. Hand yoga ( Prithvi mudra )- this Mudra for hair growth helps to promote the same element. Along with promoting the earth element in the body, Prithvi Mudra decreases the fire element in the body, invigorating the hair tissues and helping with hair growth.
Do this hand yoga for 5-10 minutes everyday for better results.

5. Magical Hair spray for hairfall- Rice water spray- Helps to promotes hair growth, reduce hairfall, treats dandruff, prevent breakage

Recipe:-
1. 1tbsp rice
2. 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
3. 1 tbsp kalonji seeds
4. Rosemary leaves
5. 1 cup of water ( soak them overnight in the water and then use that spray on hair for at least 2-3 hours on hair or leave it overnight and cover your hair properly.
put the spray in the fridge for 1 month - shelf life.
use that spary on scalp and then rinse it off with cold water or wash it off with sulphate free shampoo.
