3 tablespoons butter
1 cup diced onions
1/2 cuo diced bell pepper
3 teaspoons minced garlic
2 lbs beef tips
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2½ cups beef broth, divided
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
*Optional- 2 tbls w sauce or browning
1/4 cup cornstarch

Coat beef tips in flour as shown in the video. Braise the beef tips, cooking each side for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high heat. Once done, remove the beef tips, leaving the drippings at the bottom. Add onions and bell pepper, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Now, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well; be careful not to let it burn as you're creating a gravy. Turn the pot to low to avoid burning the flour mixture and stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add broth, Worcestershire sauce if desired, and some seasoning to create your gravy. Return the beef tips to the pot and let it simmer for an hour to an hour and a half.

For thickening the gravy, take 1 cup of broth from the pan, place it in a bowl, and add cornstarch. Stir until smooth, then pour the broth-cornstarch mixture back into the pan and stir.
