Ingredients list

🍖Stewed Chicken
———
1 whole baby chicken chopped up
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Green seasoning
Curry powder
Mixed herbs
All purpose seasoning
Oil brown sugar
2-3 tbsp ketchup
2-3 cups water
1 scotch bonnet pepper (kept whole)
Thyme
📌COOk medium heat 30-40 minutes checking continuously


🫑Green seasoning

1 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 spring onions
2 pimento peppers (optional)
2 mild red chilli peppers
Parsley
Thyme
Oil
📌blend to desired consistency


🧀Mac and Cheese
———
Water
Salt
1 cup macaroni
Butter
Flour
2 cups whole milk
Mozerella and cheddar
Curry powder
Green seasoning
Salt and pepper
Parsley flakes
📌Bake 20 minutes covered 10 minutes uncovered on 180-200•C

🍚Rice
——
1 cup jasmine rice
1 & 1/2 cup water
Salt
Drop of oil
Thyme
📌Steam 10-15 minutes low heat


🥕Steamed Veg
———-
Carrot
Beetroot
Baby corn
Green beans
All purpose seasoning
Mixed herbs
Black pepper
Butter
📌 Steam on low-medium 5 minutes
