This is the EarthQuaker Devices Ghost Echo reverb pedal. It's an amazingly musical pedal that's incredibly versatile. You can achieve everything from subtle amp type echo all the way to spacey atmospheric soundscapes.
It has 3 simple knobs:
Depth: controls intensity, basically your level.
Dwell: controls the decay of the reverb.
Attack: sets the delay of the pick attack on the wet signal.

Powered by any standard 9 volt DC power supply, there's no battery option. Also, it's true bypass.
