Bell peppers (6)
1 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lb of lean ground beef
1 cup of cooked white rice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian mix seasoning
¼ cup of plain breadcrumbs
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 cup of marinara sauce or pasta sauce

Sauce at bottom of casserole dish
2 cup of marinara sauce or pasta sauce
½ cup water

Topping
½ cup mozzarella cheese for topping
