Following the initial implementation of Account Reconciliations, the Brookfield team targeted a second implementation phase focused on reconciliation optimization and automation. During this phase, the Brookfield team implemented an improved Inventory design, reducing the reliance on account groups and streamlining maintenance. Then, they stratified the chart of accounts, assigning one of three automation methods to each account.
