Let’s make Fudgy Brownie Cookies with Christmassy decorations🎄😍 These gluten-free & dairy-free Christmas cookies are a must try this holiday season!🤩 The combination of the fudgy and chocolaty cookies with the creamy frosting and the decorations is just perfect!😍

For the cookies:
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup (120 ml)
1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cacao powder (60 ml)
1/3-1/2 cup gluten-free flour (80-120 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (120 ml)

For the antlers:
50 g / 1.7 oz. dark chocolate, melted

The frosting:
3/4 - 1 cup vegan whipping cream (180 - 240 ml)
100 g / 3.5 oz. dark chocolate, melted

Decorations:
Sugar eyes
Lingonberries/Cranberries

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the cacao powder, flour, baking powder and salt and stir until combined
3. Fold in the chocolate chips
4. Spoon the cookies onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 12 minutes
6. Let the cookies cool down. Meanwhile make the reindeer antlers and the frosting. For the antlers, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Scoop it into a small ziplock bag and cut a tiny hole to one corner (or use a piping bag). Make antlers of the melted chocolate. Let them set in the fridge.
7. For the frosting, melt the chocolate in the microwave and let it cool down while you whisk the cream. Carefully fold in the melted chocolate with the whipped cream. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add more of the whipping cream
8. Top the cookies with the frosting. Add the antlers, eyes and berries for noses.
9. Store in the fridge
