First, ensure that your USB drive is formatted in FAT32 or exFAT for the PS4 to be able to read the drive.



Second, make sure the drive contains a folder called "SHAREfactory", then a folder within that called "Videos". Place your videos within this folder. This functions the same for both Music and Images.



Finally, Video Import will only accept videos with the parameters below:

- Videos must be MP4, M4V, or MOV files encoded in H.264.

- Videos must be between 64x64 to 1080p, 12-60 fps, between 1 second and 1 hour in length.

- Video quality can be no higher than 22 MBPS

- Keyframe Interval (I-frame) should be set between 30-60
