Gulab Jamun! Ek classic aur tasty Indian dessert! Yahan hai Gulab Jamun banaane ki recipe:

Samaan:
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 cup lukewarm doodh (milk)
Gulab syrup ke liye:
1 cup chini (sugar)
1 cup paani (water)
1/4 cup gulab jal (rosewater)
1/4 teaspoon kesar (saffron) threads

Vidhi:
1. Milk powder, maida, baking soda, aur salt ko milakar ek bowl mein rakhein.
2. Ghee aur lukewarm doodh ko milakar dough bana lein.
3. Dough ko smooth banaane ke liye, use thoda sa knead karein.
4. Dough ko 6-8 equal pieces mein baant lein. Har piece ko gol shape mein bana lein.
5. Gulab syrup banaane ke liye, chini, paani, gulab jal, aur kesar threads ko milakar ek saucepan mein rakhein.
6. Gulab syrup ko medium heat par cook karein jab tak ki thick na ho jaye.
7. Jamun ko frying pan mein fry karein jab tak ki golden brown na ho jaye.
8. Jamun ko gulab syrup mein soak karein aur serve karein.
