Just some raw footage of me doing an arma slayer task. If I get decent enough RNG, I can usually finish an entire task in one trip. A lot of the time it'll be out of your control toward the end of a trip.

If you are juggling a lot of food, I'd suggest 1-tick flicking with tbow only to preserve prayer. Switch back to bulwark flicking once the food depletes. As long as you stand on the south-eastern most tile of the room, the 3 minions will ALWAYS off-tick themselves which is very convenient for when Kree dies.
