This ANPR Car Mod Is A Privacy Nightmare! (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)

...it's only a nightmare if you haven't paid your car registration :P

In this video, I explain how I built and installed an AI ANPR (Artificial Intelligence Automatic Number Plate Recognition (AI ANPR) / Automatic License Plate Recognition (AI ALPR) system in my car.

I then head out on the highway, captured some license plates, and pinged the Victorian Vehicles Register / VicRoads to get the make, model, colour, VIN, engine number, and registration expiry date.

I explain what went well, and where my system fell short.
