This special was created by D23 in 2020 in celebration of The Walt Disney Archives’ 50th anniversary, (1969-2019) and shown originally to D23 Gold Members as exclusive online content. Hosted by legendary producer Don Hahn, this is a walk-through of the entire archive process, and features some of the studio's leaders including Bob Iger, Kevin Feige, Pete Doctor, and many more.

Don takes us from one department of the archives to the next in classic Disney style, on a search that will lead us to the restored office of Walt himself.
